How Long Will it Take To Get my jewellery?

Since each piece is carefully handmade by the designer, please allow 3-5 days of creation before your order is shipped out. 

What material are the necklaces made of?

Both the chain and the wire are either 24kt gold plated or silver plated.

**For the best care of your jewellery, do not shower with your items. If your items do turn, it can be caused by a metal-to-skin oil reaction. As each person's body oils make different metals react differently, it is not our responsibility to return or exchange your item. We apologize in advance.

Customer Care:

Avoid wetting, sweating sleeping with your DBN Jewelery to maintain its colour and form for a longer time.               

Customer Returns:

Unfortunately, DBN Jewelery has a no refund/cancellation policy unless the item received is different to the size ordered. After a piece has been ordered the creation process has already begun. Each piece is handmade by the designer and its creation has begun the moment your order has been processed. If the order is sent back to us for delivery issues, we will get in contact with you and offer a refund. However please be aware that the value of the postage cannot be refunded for obvious reasons. For this reason please make sure you double check your confirmed delivery address.
