After having finished secondary school early in March 2020 due to the Coronavirus pandemic, I was inspired by a video on tiktok to start my own business. At 16 years old with only £10, I saved up to invest in my idea of a jewellery business. I began bending wire into name necklaces and selling my jewellery on depop. After creating videos of how I hand made the jewellery, DBN Jewelery quickly began growing and I created my own website, receiving 400 orders in my first 2 months of selling! The support on Tiktok was incredible, generating more than 10 million views combined on all videos and 25,000 followers! At 20 years old, I have now received over 4,000 orders worldwide, been featured by shopify and work with influencers to spread the word about my business. I am also studying for a degree in Business Management while continuing to grow my brand.
